Mobility City

My grandma needed a wheelchair or scooter and my fam found this place on google. We rented this walker that can be used to sit or walk with. Worked great and even has a way to raise it up higher. Easy to use, easy to fold up in any vehicle and was in good shape. The staff was nice and was able to accommodate our early departure. It was available fast for pick up. No complaints. Lots of parking located.

Mobility City Las Vegas is amazing! We live in Utah and needed to rent a mobility scooter for my mother in law who lives near Las Vegas. Rebecca found exactly what we needed without me ever visiting the store. We were going on a trip where my mother in law would need to use the scooter in airports, a cruise ship, uneven sidewalks, sandy boardwalks, small and large stores, etc. Rebecca went above and beyond to call the airline and cruise line to ensure that the scooter would work and the scooter she arranged for us was perfect for all of the situations I mentioned above! It even folded up small enough to fit on the back of the golf cart we took from the cruise ship to our wedding on the beach in Key West. Justin and his team helped my MIL load the scooter in to her car the day before the trip and Rebecca sent a “cruising duck” for her to hide. All above and beyond the very affordable cost of our rental. I could go on and on about Mobility City Las Vegas and cannot thank them enough for making our trip so great! The bottom line is-if you need mobility equipment you should visit Justin, Rebecca, and their team!!!

Rebecca, I wanted to let you know just how amazing Justin is. He went above and beyond helping me with getting a wheelchair rental for my husband. I’m not very familiar with the “mobility world “ and Justin was so patient with me and all of my questions. I felt absolutely no pressure from him and he offered so many options. Thank goodness for you and your incredible staff for helping me navigate through the uncharted territory of wheelchairs and finding the right rental at a very reasonable rate.

Justin and Rebecca were wonderful to work with. They had so much patience with me!! I'm a senior citizen with COPD and of course don't want to part with that almighty dollar. I have done my research on scooters. I believe you get what you pay for on discount sights. But I had to see the actual product for myself ; enter Justin. He answered all my questions honestly and professionally. Save yourself from all the grief and just go to Mobility City on Durango. Honest fair professional and reasonable!!
